Privacy Policy

For the mobile game Bloom Pipes: Garden Puzzle Challenges (the “App”), published by Kasoo Games (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Effective date: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. We have tried to keep it short and plain. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect directly

The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. Your game progress, stars, purchases, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.

2. Information collected automatically by third parties

The App uses the following third-party services, which may automatically collect certain information (such as device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP address, device type, operating system, and app-interaction data) in order to function:

• Google AdMob — serves and measures advertising (including rewarded video ads and interstitial ads). AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers to deliver relevant ads and prevent fraud. See Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and AdMob & data.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (RevenueCat) — process in-app purchases. We never see or store your full payment details; payment is handled by the platform. Your purchase status may be associated with a non-personal device or store identifier so we can deliver what you bought and restore purchases.

These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect and process it under their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices.

3. Why we (and these providers) use this information

• To display and measure advertising, and to limit how often you see the same ad.
• To process and restore in-app purchases.
• To keep the App working, secure, and free of fraud.

4. Advertising choices

You can limit ad personalization at the device level:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads (reset or opt out of your advertising ID).

Where required by law, the App will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will address it.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, most such requests should be directed to the third-party providers above. You can also exercise device-level controls (Section 4) or delete the App to remove locally stored data. To contact us about privacy, use the email below.

7. Data retention & deletion

Game data is stored only on your device; deleting the App removes it. Data held by ad and payment providers is retained per their own policies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above.
